Do you make customised wording for your signs?

No. Our product is currently focusing solely on children in vehicles.

Is ‘’Baby in Seat’’ visible in the daytime or only at night?

Yes, we have made the lighting bright enough to be visible during the daytime as well as at night. If the reflection of the sun is shining directly on the rear window, then the visibility could be tapered with. But overall, just as brake lights are visible during the day, so is our ‘’Baby in Seat’’ sign.

What is the visibility range?

The sign is made visible to spot from approximately 50 metres away. You may not be able to read the sign until you’re about 20 metres away. Distance will vary during the day depending on the position of the sun glare.

What are the power requirements?

We provide you with a 5v-12v output cable with an auxiliary plug that connects into your USB port.

Is our (OCS) sensor safe under our childs seat?

Our team at Baby in Seat has worked very hard to ensure that all features of this product are made with, and for quality purposes. We have sought through many sensors to find the perfect fit for our product and yes, it is very safe for it to be placed on your child’s seat. The OCS feature used in this cushion pad is what is being used in brand new vehicles that are created today for the very same purpose. In addition, the cushion pad is waterproof in case of a child spilling any liquids.

How long until I receive my order?

We aim to deliver your order within 7 - 14 business days.

How long is the warranty?

Our baby in seat product includes a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. For warranty support, please email us at info@babyinseat.com so that our team communicates with you on the issue of fault.

Is “Baby in Seat’’ available locally in retail stores?

We are currently operating online however we hope you find product on shelves near you soon!

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns for 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received.
However, not every product is eligible for return. To be eligible for a return:
1. Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
2. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ condition.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Depending on the reason you choose to refund the product, if all is agreed on, we aim to issue the refund within 24 hours.

How is this product different from other baby signs in cars?

There are a number of reasons as to why our product is different from other baby signs in cars. The first being, our product stands out with the bright LED lights with the message reading ‘BABY IN SEAT’. But, our innovative seat sensor is what truly sets our product apart from any other baby on board sign seen before. The screen only turns on once a baby is placed in the baby seat triggering the sensor which activates the LED light to display the message of ‘BABY IN SEAT’.

Will ‘’Baby in Seat’’ distract other drivers?

Our product is created to catch the attention of other drivers enough to know that there is a baby in the seat, but not enough to distract them. Just as we see the flashing “school zone’’ signs lighting up, our device also brings the same level of awareness to other drivers.

What if there are two baby seats that need the sensor?
